It was nicely drawn, but poorly animated. You should have used more frames in between, and made the animation smoother.

That was pretty creepy, which I'm sure is what you were aiming for. The only thing I can suggest is to spend more time on the actual animation. Less tweens would bring forth this movies true potential.
